The product's design gives access through walls and ceilings while remaining concealed and artistically attractive. This door comes with a touch latch as standard. The frame's design allows it to hold 5/8" drywall, but one can invert it to accommodate 1/2" drywall. It has a recessed flange that provides a similar edge to drywall bead to finish the wall or ceiling surface. It has a spring loaded hinge pin which allows the door panel to open to 90 degrees and removes the door panel from the frame. Safety chain installed on door & frame for safety.
